For Funded Programs Only — Event Reporting Form Is Separate**
The City of Henderson and Henderson County Government Grant Cycles have merged into ONE online reporting process for 2025. All organizations that received program funding through the 2025 City/County Grant Application must complete this report.
The reporting form opens December 1, 2025, and will close January 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM (CT). Late submissions cannot be accepted.
To remain eligible for the 2026 funding cycle, all funded organizations must submit their completed report before the deadline. This report demonstrates how City and/or County funds were used and the measurable impact of the supported program.
Your report should clearly show:
How awarded funds were spent
The outcomes achieved through the funded program
The number and demographics of residents served
Program sustainability and overall impact
This report is a required component of continued eligibility for future City/County grant funding.
Once submitted, reports will be reviewed by the City/County Allocation Team, appointed by both government entities. This team ensures each report aligns with the approved, funded program and that all required documentation has been provided.
