Reporting Form Overview

REPORTING FORM FOR FUNDED PROGRAMS

United Way of Henderson County is honored to support your efforts toward creating a thriving and resilient community. As we work together to drive meaningful change, our focus remains on four critical areas: Health, Education, Financial Stability, and Workforce Development. Through your impactful work, we are addressing essential needs and making a positive difference for Henderson County residents.

Key Reporting Information for Funded Partners

To ensure continued support and eligibility for the 2026 funding cycle, please submit your report by January 23rd at 5 PM. This submission is essential to receive your final quarterly payment and to maintain eligibility for future funding.

Your report should demonstrate the measurable impact of your program within the four United Way priority areas:

  • Education: Helping Children, Youth and Adults Achieve their potential
  • Health: Improving Physical and Mental Health
  • Financial Stability: Promoting Financial Stability and Independence, Food, Clothing, Supplies and Housing
  • Workforce Development: Skills Training and Job Development

REVIEW PROCESS and REPORTING NEGOTIATIONS

After submission, your report will undergo a thorough review by United Way’s Community Investment Team, which consists of local community members representing a range of interests and professional backgrounds. This team assesses each report to ensure alignment with United Way’s mission and evaluates the program’s direct impact, local collaboration, outcome measurement, and financial accountability.

United Way may also enter into discussions with reporting organizations to request additional information, clarifications, or report adjustments. Some programs may need to provide extra documentation or updates during this process to confirm eligibility for future funding cycles.

LOOKING AHEAD for 2026

We’re excited to announce the 2026 funding cycle timeline:

  • Letters of Intent: Accepted from late January to the end of February. This initial step allows us to better understand your program’s direction and anticipated outcomes for 2026.
  • Application Phase: For programs approved in the Letter of Intent process, applications will open in March and close in April.

THE REPORTING FORM WILL CLOSE AT 5PM ON JANUARY 23, 2026!
