A lifelong Henderson County resident and 1996 Henderson County High School graduate, he has spent the past 22 years with AT&T, where he currently serves as Program and Service Manager for the Next Generation 911 ESINet Program. He oversees a $145 million initiative across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., leading budget, personnel, construction, and infrastructure deployment for critical emergency communications systems.
