Yvonne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 28 years of experience serving children and families. She spent more than 23 years with Henderson County Schools and previously worked for Audubon Area Community Services. Now, she is currently adding business owner to her bio by opening her own business, Abundantly Well Counseling LLC.
A lifelong resident of Henderson County, Yvonne has served United Way for the past two years. She values Henderson’s strong sense of community, safety, and connection. Yvonne has been married to her husband for 29 years, and together they have three daughters and two beloved dogs.
"I love the small community feel of Henderson. Due to living here my whole life, it is hard to move
around within the community and not see people who I know and love at any given moment.
The comfort and feeling of safety also give me a warm feeling, knowing that good people live here
and outsiders (non-natives) strive to move here due to that same feeling," she says.
